The Varta 675 hearing aid battery is a zinc-air cell (1.45V) often used with a size adapter as a budget-friendly, mercury-free substitute for vintage film camera mercury batteries like the old PX675 or PX625 (1.35V).

Usage in Vintage Cameras

  • The Size Difference: A standard 675 cell is smaller than the discontinued PX625 mercury cells used in many classic cameras. Photographers typically use a rubber O-ring or a special metal/conductive spacer ring to make it fit snugly.
  • Activation: Peel off the sticker tab and wait 1 to 2 minutes for air to activate the zinc-air chemistry before placing it into the camera.
  • Lifespan: Unlike silver-oxide alternatives that last years, zinc-air batteries start discharging as soon as the tab is removed and generally last 1 to 2 months inside a camera, regardless of usage.

Shipping & Returns

• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy:

• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
